Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our own delivery service, when it's unlikely that we'd be able to reach a destination and return to Chester within a normal working day. So for customers that live further afield, international destinations, or simply for a more cost effective door-to-door delivery solution, many of our customers are now using courier auction sites (such as anyvan.com) for their deliveries.

We are more than happy to liaise with our customers and their own courier arrangements, and when required, take a record of the couriers details and vehicle registration when they collect.

Please note that as the majority of our furniture is hand made to order, most items do not come with any packaging or protection. Therefore, we advise stipulating that couriers will need to provide suitable protection such as furniture blankets, and if neceessary straps or ties.
