Although we highly recommend visiting our showroom, to view and discuss furniture options of interest in person, we understand that this isn't always possible. So potential orders can also be discussed and placed via email or over the phone.
Placing an order
• Visit or contact us, during opening hours, to discuss and finalise the details of your order
• We'll be able to confirm prices, approximate 'order time', and discuss any special requirements
• We'll then ask you for your contact details and a deposit payment of 50% of the total order value to get the order under way
• A copy of your order summary, & your order reference, will then be supplied to you
Order Times
As a general guide, and under normal circumstances, most of our 'Own Brand' furniture takes approximately 8 to 10 weeks to arrive at our warehouse.
Any delivery times quoted are realistic estimates based on our information at the time of ordering, but due to the nature of hand making furniture to order, & varying workloads at our small workshops, these times can vary. Sometimes orders may arrive in-stock slightly quicker than expected, or occasionally a little later.
Please note that we allow a little extra leeway at busy times of the year, such as Christmas, and also for any non-standard items.
What Happens Next?
During the approximate 'order time' quoted, your order will be brought together at our warehouse
Once complete and checked, we'll then contact you to arrange delivery, collection or storage, and request the payment of any outstanding order balance.
Order Balance Payments
If we can arrange delivery or collection within 7 days of being informed that your order is ready, any order balance can be paid on the day of delivery/collection, or anytime before.
What if You're Not Ready...
Please don't be concerned if you're not quite ready to take your furniture when we inform you that your order is complete. We are more than happy to safely store your order at our warehouse until you are. Simply settle any outstanding balance and we'll hold it for as long as you need.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made in person, with cash, card or a cheque. If more convenient, payments can be made remotely, either by card payment over the telephone or by bank transfer.
